”Villa Xara es una casa llena de detalles bonitos, muy bien equipada, espaciosa en una zona tranquila rodeada de olivos. Ideal para familia con niños que quieren evitar aglomeraciones y ruido.
Las camas son cómodas, la casa está limpia y la pisicina privada se agradece. Se puede acceder a la zona de restaurantes y playa fácilmente caminando aproximadamente unos 10-15 minutos. Mis hijos de 8 y 10 años disfrutaron muchísimo la piscina.
Harry y Xara son una pareja encantadora. Llegamos tardísimo y nos tenían preparada una cena típica griega espectacular.
Había leche para los niños, fruta en la nevera y un pastel para comer en el desayuno. Varias veces, Xara nos trajo exisitos platos griegos de regalo y más fruta que disfrutamos un montón.
La playa de Falassarna está a una hora aproximadamente en coche y Xania a 30 minutos, pero la más cercana, Platanias, se puede ir a pie y está bastante bien también.
”We spent 4 wonderful nights at Villa Xara. Our hosts Harry and Xara couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Thank you Xara for the wonderful treats in the fridge. Villa Xara was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Villa Xara is located above Agia Marina with great sea views and surrounded by olive trees in a quiet location (we were lucky enough to try the home pressed olive oil which was delicious) but within a short walking distance to Agia Marina which is full of restaurants, bars and beaches. The outdoor space is very well laid out with a pool and plenty of seating areas in the lovely garden and on the terrace. The beautiful town of Chania is approx. 15 minutes by car/taxi and Chania Airport is approx. 30 min by car. We hope to return. Thank you Harry and Xara for a wonderfully relaxing stay.
”The house is a dream, in the middle of a beautiful plantation of olive trees, nice decoration and more than excellent attention. The owners very attentive, They have received us with a delicious cake (cooked by the host), ice cream and many things more! In the end, they gave us olive oil of their source as a souvenir of Creta, and well…many more details that made our stay excellent. Good cleaning, amazing pool and has a very convenient ping pong table when you have kids. The town where it is located is very beautiful, full of many shops and very curious restaurants. We have really enjoyed our stay there, and we greatly appreciate the attention received.

”The best part was the view, the privacy, the patios and the homemade local fare prepared for our arrival by the kind hosts (the food was amazing). The kids loved the pool and ping pong table.
”A beautiful, character filled villa with everything you could wish and more. Stunning gardens, pool, bbq and table tennis. Excellent location to local restaurants and bars all within walking distance and Chania a short bus ride away. The most generous and welcoming hosts we have ever encountered, filling our fridge with homemade cakes and ice cream. A wonderful place to stay, we will be back.
Spacious house with most wonderful hosts. Clean big rooms and good facilities. Great location above olive trees, a short walking distance from the shops and beach.
Absolute perfection! Everything about villa Xara is perfect, the house is very luxurious with a very nice pool and a great view over the ocean. I also think the hosts made the experience really stand out by being professional and at the same time very friendly. Would reccomend anyone to go here this is a perfect hideaway.
